The writter (and i noted all of LO, if a portion of text selected or
where cursor are)
its toggle to aling centered, all the rest of the text in rest of the document
event its not selected are centered too!!!!

writing i want to center a piece of text and the rest its also centered

the text selected was using the "default" style, as rest of text not selected.

text not selected are centered too
* What outcome did you expect instead?
only center the line where the text was selected or cursor are positioned
