OK, and apparently the tech-ctte is going to decide on those two. Let's see.:

17:13 < themill> _rene_: whether "something-in-main | something-in-contrib" was
policy compliant or not is actually under discussion by the
tech-ctte at present. The RC-ness of the bug in BTS terms is
orthogonal to whether it is wheezy-ignore or not.
[...]
17:15 < _rene_> themill: seriously? when the tech-ctte decides against this I
will change it. until then: no.
17:16 < _rene_> Hmm
17:16 < _rene_> I need someone I canredirect all "eh, you force OpenJDK onto me
when IO just want to use sun JDK" bugs to then...
17:16 < _rene_> btdt
17:17 < _rene_> and no, I don't want to have a wheezy-ignore non-RC-bug open. I
already have enough RC bugs without any answer from the
submitter at all open (which I probably should close, but..)
17:19 < _rene_> themill: what is the tech-ctte bug, fwiw?
17:19 * _rene_ could document that in the "bug" report
17:19 < ansgar> _rene_: 681419
17:20 -!- micahg [~micahg@91.224.175.20] has joined #debian-devel
17:20 < _rene_> thanks
