That is why 1:3.5.4-5 got uploaded this afternoon for exactly
this transition already...

Besides that you don't need to report a bug here, this is a "standard"
transition and stuff like this is expected on sid temporarily (until a
rebuild which happened with 1:3.5.4-5/in some cases is scheduled by the
release team)
