Note that this was also the case at openoffice.org time. So I bet#
you had openoffice.org-gnome insalled, you upgraded to libreoffice
and it removed openoffice.org-gnome (or you removed it) and didn't
install libreoffice-gnome afterwards.

Fix this and your UI should look as before.

And use proper subject of the bug report (*MAIL HEADER* Subject: is the
subject of the bugreport, not the Subject: you added in your mail
body.).
