Package: libreoffice Version: 1:3.4.3-1 Severity: normal The menu fonts are too small. They should have the same size as normal text. See attached snapshot. There's no such problem with other applications. Note: this happens without a .libreoffice directory. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, retitle 640463 small user interface font thanks Hi, On Fri, Jun 08, 2012 at 09:46:59AM +0200, Andreas Glaeser wrote: > Subject: libreoffice: Userinterface font is too small, font size can not be changed I bet you didnd't install -gtk/-gnome or -kde. > I installed libreoffice from backports on squeeze-stable and find it strenuous for my eyes > to work with it. There seems to be no way to adjust the size of the interface-font. Today Right. And it only uses that if the files are present. See above. > I downloaded Apache-OpenOffice from here: http://www.openoffice.org/download/other.html > installed it and am going to use this now, removing libreoffice. Installation is not Well, there the same goes, just that they ship it in their default install ad the don't care about the link deps. We do and to not force it on everyone it's in an own package. > pn libreoffice-gnome <none> (no description available) Here we see that it isn't installed. qed. In any case, this is a) not a bug b) a bpo "bug" which has nothing to to in this BTS as the BTS simply does not know about bpo versions. The bug should (and reportbug does this) be redirected to debian-backports@lists.debian.org (CC'ed). Closing. Regards, Rene
