Of course this will happen on a upgrade as -4s old triggers will most probably
be ran before the new packages with the fixed script get upgraded
where it then is supposed to be fixed).
Or did the -5 to -6 upgrade also create it again after you removed it before?
(Which then would justify this reopen)
