This is either a -report-builder bug or a simple bug with your Java in LibreOffice.
(Not a python-uno bug, though, that one just runs the trigger, too, as it
(de)registers the script-provider-for-python extension)
What is your package state when this happened? I did a dist-upgrade here on amd64
before uploading and it worked. It also can't be incompatibilities in LO itself as it's
both 3.4.5...
