No? Why should it? There's a bug in bugzilla. End of needed actions.

If you wish... I consider a bug filed already also forwarded by someone
else in the past independent from this report ;) Forwarded can mean
 - I forwarded it, new bug is foo
 - there's already bug foo upstream
The representation of this is identical for the BTS either way.
