Bug#640463: libreoffice: the menu fonts are too small

Installing -gtk has an effect even if one does *not* use GNOME.
At least this is what I observe on two of my machines (I just use
the Fvwm window manager, no GNOME, no KDE). So, it would have an
effect for any user (though the effect might be overridden by a
desktop environment).

I don't think this should be hardcoded (except if the other
applications hardcode the font size, but I doubt).

The solution should be simply the same as the one chosen by the
other applications.

BTW, upstream provides libvclplug_gtklx.so in the core packages
(libobasis3.3-core04_3.3.4-19_amd64.deb).
