Jup, so your first mail today didn't give anything new (that -core and/or -writer
ois the problem is clear, given that -core contains all core functionality including
i18n stuff, rendering etc and that it happens in writer wich also links to ICU ;-))

At least you should add the above to that bug
(and https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31271)
I am not sure whether it should be reassigned to ICU or ICU 4.4 handled differently
in the code?
