God, you don't learn, do you? A bpo version in Version: has no damn
meaning here. Why did I change all the versions to a "real" one, guess...

I talked with upstream yesterday (and the day before, when we found the fix
for your other bug) about it, and it seems to be a known problem:

21:00 <@thorsten> _rene_: regarding the other slideshow bug - please poke me when you're back

21:06 * _rene_ pokes thorsten
21:07 <@thorsten> neat -
21:07 <@thorsten> _rene_: could you try with two slides - start slideshow on first (get the black screen), then advance to 2nd - it should be visible?
21:08 <@_rene_> some random second slide?
21:08 <@_rene_> you mean this?
21:08 <@_rene_> I have found that the error was *already* present in OOo 3.1.
21:08 <@_rene_> If in the presentation mode (F5) moves forward - back with the arrow keys,
21:08 <@_rene_> you get to see the slides "black" ... but this is a trick, not a solution.
21:08 <@_rene_> :)
21:09 <@thorsten> 'k
21:09 <@_rene_> (from the bug, nevermind if you oversaw it, I forgot that too and just looked it up ;))
21:09 <@thorsten> eh - so, seeing it black only when moving back & forth?
21:09 <@_rene_> no idea, didn't try yet, that was a submitter quote :)
21:09 <@thorsten> or is it then fixed? /me has too much mail to remember ...
21:10 <@_rene_> let me look for my chroot :)
21:10 <@thorsten> &%@-cking repaint ...
21:10 <@_rene_> with a second slide I get a working slideshow
21:10 <@thorsten> ... like, 5 hacks on top of each other ...
21:10 <@_rene_> but that can also be just luck
21:10 <@thorsten> cool
21:11 <@_rene_> yeah, just luck
21:11 <@_rene_> if you insert slide 2, steps from yesterday it works
21:11 <@thorsten> but going back & forth between slides makes the black vanish?
21:11 <@_rene_> if you do the steps from yesterday and then add slide2 it breaks :)
21:12 <@thorsten> whatever -
21:12 <@thorsten> do you get correct slide 1 when coming back from slide 2?
21:13 <@_rene_> for that I still need to reproduce it, my last a ttempts worked :)
21:14 <@_rene_> sorry, don't get it anymore :/
21:15 <@thorsten> heh :)
21:15 <@thorsten> nevermind then :)
