See my comment in the issue. I consider this issue either a non-issue or
minor/normal.
As said, if we changed to ../../.. any SDK-using package would need
adaption for a new OOo release (because it then needed to use basis3.x and
OOo changed from basis3.2 -> basis3.3). Bad.
