OOo 3.2.1 is using even newer icons[1]: e.g 
http://hg.services.openoffice.org/OOO320/raw-file/cbaae99c251d/sysui/desktop/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/writer.png

Do you still want those?

[1] Yes, they changed that in a minor/bugfix release...
