*If* you find this bug report annoying, why don't you clearly tell bug
reporters explicitly on the bugs page what your special reporting rules are
instead of pissing them off to infinity?

Apparently, according to upstream bug reports, that's not the first time
reporters are annoyed with untold/contradictory/heavy reporting
rules/processes...
