No. Where is a patch here? (Removing --no-ooplash is no option)

And would open up other stuff like mutt etc. not being able to open the
docs *AT ALL* because oosplash *immediately* returns, making mutt think
you already exited OOo etc.

In any case, this is a duplicate of #534314.
