You fixed that? You don't dare to send a patch? I mean,
I don't have $HOME over nfs/smb anywhere.

When does that happen? On a manual rm?
If yes - err, if even simple commands like rm fail, how is it OOos fault if this
fails for you? This looks more like a generic problem, thus not a OOo
bug.
