Bug#567943: Writer/Web: not all heading styles appear in navigator or `Insert: Hyperlink' dialogue

[ can you please wrap your lines at a senseful position (72 chars?)
so thzat you don't produce overly long lines making quoting hard? ]

Just tried it; I see 2-6 on OOo 3.2

A new dialogue box appears, labelled `Target in document'. Expand the list of headings. Once again, on my system, I see headings 2, 4, 5 and 6, but not 1 and 3.

There I also get 2-6.

(And that is the same with upstreams 3.2 binaries)
