There is no old one. The old one is for KDE3 and won't have any effect on
KDE4 even if enabled (because OOo would correctly detect you're on KDE4).
Besides that it would have KDE3 deps which the KDE team would not accept.
In any case, the KDE4 stuff is a moving target and it's worked on. You use
development versions, don't forget that.
