If that was a general problem, you'd be right. but it survived now
16 days in unstable and 11 in testing qithout any such report, so
it's pretty likely that it's just a problem of whatever happened to you
or your system.

Hmm. Looks like you miss some files in your OOo install and/or have
them corrupted. What is your installed packages, please?

And what if you remove your profile? (backup it first if you want).
What if you check your fs etc.? What if you try to reinstall your packages?
