Does does even make less sense that your other bug.

/usr/lib/openoffice/program/unopkg (that's what called in those
postrm scripts) is a wrapper script for unopkg.bin, yes,
but that one is in openoffice.org-core. At the same place since ages.
And as we see below, openoffice.org-core is installed.

Of course, they all have to use use unopkg to (de-)register themselves. But
do so also since ages.

As said in your other bug, I only can believe your system is broken.
