Makes no sense. The -evolution which does rely on this file location
does depend on openoffice.org-core (= 1:3.1.0-2). And so this
should be present when openoffice.org-evolutions postinst runs.

Here we see that the matching -core is installed.

Do you happen to have a *full* log of the upgrade?

Currently the only thing I could assume is a broken system.
