Well, we could close it, but there's still a upgrade bug hidden.

It even gets worse when you try to upgrade a clean squeeze to clean sid,
it can happen that -emailmerge unregistration failed and thus also
the registration then fails because it's "already registered".

But that's handled in #522022 anyway. Closing now, we can reopen this
if it should ever be needed anyway.
