Nope. It's not. Its in the patches to that it gets (c) Sun when in
OOos code

Yep, ok, but that probably should simply go.

Because that file s a *documentation* of cut'n'pasted code inside of OOo.
The corresponding code is in either dmake or the OOo code proper.
