As reported in bug #499236 by a user, myspell and aspell dictionaries in the 
last upload of src:rus-ispell are incomplete. Since these are generated at 
build time from ispell sources, the obvious conclusion is that recent changes
in myspell-tools broke KOI8-R support, which produces broken dictionaries.
