It looks that this is now moot, given http://bonsai.go-oo.org/cvsview2.cgi?command=DIFF&subdir=dba%2Freportbuilder%2Futil&file=description.xml&rev1=1.1.1.1&rev2=1.1.1.1.2.1&whitespace_mode=show&diff_mode=context will be in the next 3.0 milestone...
