When I use Window Maker openoffice.org does not properly maximise.
Examples : 
Before maximisation :  http://xilun.free.fr/unmaximised.png
After "maximisation" : http://xilun.free.fr/maximised.png

I'm using :

Linux box 2.6.8-2-686 #1 Mon Jan 24 03:58:38 EST 2005 i686 GNU/Linux

Window Maker version: 0.91.0-7
