Bug#360575: WebWizard basic script missing

I have a similar problem which appeared with the update to 2.4.0rc1.
When starting OOo a dialog box is shown saying

Error loading BASIC of document file:///usr/lib/openoffice/
share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.
--- schnapp ---
and after clicking [OK] another one is shown which says
--- schnipp ---
Error loading BASIC of document 
file:///usr/lib/openoffice/share/basic/WebWizard/dialog.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.
--- schnapp ---

The directory /usr/lib/openoffice/share/basic/WebWizard/ is missing on
my machine. 

After clicking [OK] OOo can be used as normal.
