Package: openoffice.org-writer--
Version: 2.0.4.dfsg.1-1
Hardware: Athlon64
2GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 6600, driver built with module assistant
Debian Sid x86 (not x86_64!) with KDE
Kernel: 2.6.18-1-k7
In Iceweasel I browse heise.de/ct/06/21/056/default.shtml
and mark parts of the article, select copy and paste into
OpenOffice Writer, 1,5 of the 3 pages are inserted into
the new document, but the application stalls completely.
No navigation is possible and the graphical display hangs.
So I have to use brute force (kill) to terminate the PID.
The same situation reproduces after a reboot, with only
Iceweasel and OpenOffice Writer open as well, and it also
happens when I only copy&paste text, without graphics.
The copy&paste from another website worked just fine.
greetings,
Patrick Frank
