openoffice.org has no installation candidate. So you have to install all modul packages separately.

I post the complete message (in German) which I get whe I try it.

apt-get install -t experimental openoffice.org
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut       
Reading state information... Fertig
Paket openoffice.org ist nicht verfügbar, wird aber von einem anderen
Paket referenziert. Das kann heißen, dass das Paket fehlt, dass es veraltet
ist oder nur aus einer anderen Quelle verfügbar ist.
Doch die folgenden Pakete ersetzen es:
  ttf-opensymbol openoffice.org-writer openoffice.org-math openoffice.org-impress openoffice.org-draw
  openoffice.org-core openoffice.org-common openoffice.org-calc
E: Paket openoffice.org hat keinen Installationskandidaten

Should work in sid. Reopen if not. (Which I completely doubt.)
