Bug#452810: openoffice.org-base: OOo base exits silently if Most Recently Used database is chosen at startup dialog but no longer exists

OOo-base presents a dialog at startup allowing the user to select a
recently used database from a list.
If the database selected no longer exists, OOo base immediately exits
with no error dialog. Also, the entry is not removed from the list.
To replicate: delete or move a database in the MRU (Most Recently Used)
list, then start OOo-base and select that database.
