Bug#427764: openoffice.org-l10n-cs: Program menu is in English language, changing it into Czech language is impossible

Hi,
I updated OpenOffice.org and program menu is in English now. Changing it
from Tool-Options-Languages is impossible, because Czech language is
missing in dropdown menu.
