No, you don't. testing doesn't have 2.0.4-7 anymore so you use something elese than (current) testing. In any case, yes, it might be becaus of the umlauts. Do you use the native file pickers or the "normal" one? I see you have an utf8 locale; it might be that your filename is not utf-8 encoded and this might make problems.
