Bug#405770: openoffice.org: jpeg converted to png when breaking links

Steps to reproduce:

- Start a new document (tested impress, draw and writer)
- insert a linked (rather than embedded) jpeg
- from edit menu->links, select the image just inserted, and break the
  link.
- save the file
- unzip the file and note that the embedded image is now a png

The image remains a jpeg if you insert it embedded to start with.
