OOo1.1.5 read/open ODT correctly, yet seems it can't save .odt.

And? OOo 1.1.3 ddidn't support ODT yet. That's not a bug in 1.1.3.
anyway.

sarge is not updated with new upstrema versions. Never. It never was and never
will. It only will get critical bugfixes and security fixes.
And 1.1.5 was released AFTER the sarge freeze and didn't build at that time
anyway...

Etch will have OOo 2.0.4 which obviously supports ODT.

If you really need ODT either use the 2.0.3 sarge backport or (if you
know how to handle it) use etch or sid.

Right.

This bug is a non-bug since this is 1.1.3 and anything you told there is
fully right and correct for 1.1.3.
Closing versioned with 2.0.0-1 (in which ODT support appeared in a
stable Ooo version in Debian)
