Bug#290016: /etc/printcap

I have the same problem. Is it possible that OO.o looks for
/etc/printcap whereas the default Debian configurations in cupsd.conf is
to generate the printcap file as

Printcap /var/run/cups/printcap

/etc/printcap on my local system is an empty file.
