New installation cannot starting

Hallo, 

I have installed the new (self-compiled) OOo2 3.4pre without old
installed config files. I started the first time with "ooffice" and get
an error "fopen() failed ...". 

I have found, it cannot find the file /etc/openoffice/sofficerc. And
there is also no file /etc/openoffice/psprint.conf". After
creating the "sofficerc" file from my old backup, ooffice is starting.

But: While installing the new version 3.4pre both missing files will be
created as *.dpkg-new and then they will be deleted (why not converted
to the right file names ?)
