Bug#367433: openoffice.org-l10n-he: Hebrew language pack disables all drop down lists

On further experimentation setting to Hebrew seems to disable all drop
down lists in dialog boxes - for example font and paragraph settings
etc. This renders the program almost unusable with the Hebrew interface
- should be upgraded to serious bug.
