Package: openoffice.org-impress Version: 2.0.1-2 Severity: normal File: /usr/bin/ooimpress Wierd things happen when I make lines that are wider than the default width. For example: 1. Launch ooimpress from the command line. 2. Create an empty/blank presentation 3. Make a 7" long horizontal line. 4. Using the "Line width" control in the tool area, I change the line width to 0.70". At this point, I would expect to see a rectangle on my screen that is a black, 7inch x 0.7inch rectangle (scaled to fit on the screen). What I actually see are two triangles. The line is thick at the edges, but it gets progressively thinner as it approaches the center. It ends up looking somewhat like a bowtie (minus the sophisticated note in the center). The thick lines become bowties problems also occurs when I export to PDF, print or run the slide show. I saved my work to foo.odp. I scp'ed it to RH machine machine that has OO.org 2.0.1 installed (don't know where this installation comes from). When I open foo.odp, I see the rectangle I expected to see. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.13.2 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages openoffice.org-impress depends on: ii libc6 2.3.5-12 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:4.0.2-7 GCC support library ii libstdc++6 4.0.2-7 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libstlport4.6c2 4.6.2-3 STLport C++ class library ii openoffice.org-core 2.0.1-2 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii openoffice.org-draw 2.0.1-2 OpenOffice.org office suite - draw openoffice.org-impress recommends no packages. -- no debconf information
