It appears to display correctly in Page Preview - assuming I'm
interpreting the output correctly. It looks like an envelop - oriented
with the wide portion of the envelop going left to right. Of course, as
the document is specified as a landscape document, it should be rendered
with the entire page (including text) rotated 90 degrees.
