Bug#281643: openoffice.org-l10n-en: Can't install openoffice.org. Beacuse of wrong order of unpacking.

I tried to install openoffice.org the following way....

With the help of _rene__ on #debian i did the following to work around it. Filling this bug on request of _rene_

And then it installs fine.
