I just built setup2 with -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE only
in source/other/* which as far as I see only ends up in the setup app
and not in some lib. The setup works fine here, would be fine if you
could test it again. It's at the same location...
