Bug#273783: openoffice.org-l10n-he: tabs in dialog boxes are displayed badly, making them unreadable

Well, the most recent version of openoffice broke on my desktop. It
had all the text in the UI replaced by boxes (see bug 269152). I
therefore used the directions in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-openoffice/2004/09/msg00100.html 
to set the font of the UI, which also fixed this bug. So perhaps the
problem here is some sort of font substitution problem? 

I don't know if this is related to any of these problems, but on my
notebook I followed the above directions to change the UI font, but
the change didn't take effect until I rebooted the system. ??? Seemed
worth mentioning.
