Bug#279250: openoffice.org: "Consolidate" dialog raises when it should not

I use KDE and with point-to-focus; the Calc "Consolidate" dialog
sometimes pops into foreground when the Calc sheet gets the focus.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Data -> Consolidate -> Help
   (Help window covers dialog and partly the Calc sheet)

2. focus Calc sheet by pointing

3. Consolidate dialog steals focus from Calc sheet, both Calc sheet
   and dialog pop into foreground, backgrounding the Help window.
   (normally, focused windows need to be clicked to be raised)

Maybe it's the same with some other dialogs, I didn't try.
