Bug#268637: restore session opens openoffice.org on wrong workspace

I use gnome and metacity.  I want openoffice.org to automatically open
on workspace 2 when I log in from gdm.

When I log in, I see on my workspace switcher that openoffice.org is
starting on the correct workspace (workspace 2), but then when
openoffice.org finishes starting, it pops over into the current
workspace (workspace 1).
