Bug#268238: openoffice.org is not creating dictionary link to myspell dictionaries

The openoffice.org package (or possibly myspell-en-us?) is not creating
the symbolic link to the myspell dictionaries
(/usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict/ooo -> /usr/share/myspell/dicts). Once
the link is manually created, the dictionaries correctly appear in
openoffice and all the spellchecking works correctly.
