It seems problem was because I have had installed both versions of
localizations of OO:
openoffice.org-l10n-pl
openoffice.org-l10n-en
Than I have removed en version and everything is ok since then.
Sorry for not updating my bug report but having no answer I thought - no one
cares, but it's not true :).
My current working version is 1.1.2-3:
