Bug#265487: libmyspell-dev: Please add SEE ALSO to manpage of ispellaff2myspell

ispellaff2myspell has an option to add header info to the affix table
(--myheader), but does not describe the syntax of such header.

Please add a SEE ALSO to the man page pointing to further documentation.
