This was an issue with ~/.openoffice and ~/.sversionrc. For OOo 1.1.2,
~/.sversionrc was pointing to ~/.openoffice/1.1.0. I deleted
.sversionrc and moved away ~/.openoffice. .sversionrc was re-created,
pointing 1.1.2 to ~/.openoffice/1.1.2.
In that setup, the printer dialog is complete again, and I am again
able to choose trays.
Greetings
Marc
