How did you open it? It works for me.
- File -> Open
- Select 'Text Encoded' in file type
- Click on file
-> OOo asks for the file encoding
It is not clear at all from your report if you did this. Please always
include information in bug reports about the steps that must be taken to
reproduce a particular bug. In this case, attaching an example file
displaying the problem would be helpful too.
