in the instance where oooqs causes documents to be reopened
continuously, it is also possible for oooqs to stop documents
from being loaded.

by removing oooqs-kde, all problems with documents not being
possible to be opened, and repeated loading of the same document,
have gone away.

quick start?  HAH!  quicker without it!!! :)
